At Pinnacle Stair Group, Inc. we pride ourselves on environmental friendliness. The wood we use in our stair systems is "Certified Green," which means that it comes from forests that are FSC certified for their sustainable harvest practices.
"More than 7 million private individuals and families own fully 73 percent of all hardwood forestland in the United States...In American hardwood forestry, the predominant harvesting method is single-tree selection--not clear-cutting. Foresters choose individual trees for harvest based on a complex array of considerations...By mirroring natural occurrences, hardwood forest practices are a long-established form of biomimicry that supports natural regeneration..." --American Hardwoods

While the competition will drill through the top of your volute and use plugs to fill the hole, Pinnacle drills from underneath, for a much more aesthetically pleasing look.

When building a stair and railing system, the baluster pattern must be carefully planned and laid out, so that the spacing between balusters is equal on the entire staircase and along the length of the railing. At Pinnacle Stair Group, precision is what we are all about, so every installation includes a baluster layout prior to drilling for a staircase that will exceed your expectations.

We believe that the stair and railing system is the first piece of finished furniture in your home. For that reason, we at Pinnacle Stair Group pride ourselves on our final hand sanding process. We use 180 grit sandpaper,
which ensures the wood surface will be evenly smooth, prepped and ready for stain and/or lacquer finishes.
