Eric is currently enrolled in the MBA program at California Coast University and has 24 years experience in executive level positions as Director of Operations, Director of Stores, and Regional Operations in the Retail industry as well as serving in multiple executive roles with Pinnacle Stair Group since 2000.

Al joined the company in 2005. He was recruited from Siemens where he served as Operations Manager of Northern California for 9 years. His outstanding experience and results in customer relations, meeting the scheduling needs of a diverse group of customers while at the same time having the best financial results of any of his peer’s nation wide. Al also spent 9 years with National Video Tape where he was Manufacturing and Production Manager. He is a Graduate of Crystal Springs Institute of Technology. Al’s responsibilities encompass Accounting, overseeing day-to-day Administration of Operations.

Janet joined the company in 2000 as an Officer and Board Member. Prior to joining the company she spent 17 years working as an interior design consultant for some of the largest design centers in Northern California. Her expertise benefits Pinnacle Stair Group with networking and sales for tract homes. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Central Oklahoma State University in Interior Designs. In 2005 she took on additional responsibilities as contracts administrator and has made important contributions to the sales tracking, bidding and contracting processes. Janet's responsibilities include contract administration.

Ray has an extensive background in interior residential construction. He is a journeyperson carpenter and has many years of experience in stair manufacturing and installation. Responsibilities encompass overseeing installations, customer service, and training.

Wayne brings over fify years experience in both track and residential construction and operations. He is a master journeyperson carpenter, and has been partners in two different construction companies.
